Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to charge?
The battery is fully charged in 2 to 3 hours. You charge via the AC adapter, the car charger, or the included USB-C cable.

Is the LifeinaBox allowed on the plane?
Yes, the LifeinaBox is approved for hand luggage. For longer flights, a passive cooler bag is more suitable on board: it does not require a power outlet or free airflow.

Does my medication fit in the cooler?
The internal dimensions are 180 x 65 x 40 mm. Suitable for multiple insulin pens, growth hormones, or similar packaging.

Is the LifeinaBox silent?
Yes, the thermoelectric system operates almost silently.

Are extra battery packs available?
