Shipping and delivery
We will ship your order as soon as possible so that your medication can travel with you on time, properly chilled.
Shipped the same day
If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM, we will generally ship your order the same day. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may take a little longer. You can see the expected delivery time on the product page. If we are unable to meet this, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery times
These delivery times are based on our own test shipments. They start from the moment we ship your order.

We deliver via PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on which is fastest to your address.
Shipping
Our prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. You will always see the shipping costs before completing your order.

Delay
We will deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you and you can cancel your order free of charge. You will receive your money back within 14 days.
