Exchanges & Returns at MediCooler
At MediCooler, we believe it's important that you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your order. within 14 days of receipt register for return.
Note: The Avenue complete and neat returned products are eligible for a full refund. Incomplete or damaged returns may result in a partial refund or refusal.
4 Easy Steps for your Return
Step 1 – Register your return online
Easily register your return via your MediCooler Account:

Log into your account.

Go to your orders and select the items you want to return.

Follow the steps in the returns module to submit your request.
You will receive the email immediately confirmation of your return notification, including the return form and the return address.
Step 2 – Add the return form
Print out the received return form and add this to your package.
Important: We can only process your return if the form is fully completed and included with the shipment.
Step 3 – Carefully pack and ship
Make sure the product complete, clean and undamaged is included, including manuals, cables, and accessories. Preferably use the original packaging and a sturdy outer box.

Note 1: Products with signs of use, that are incomplete or damaged will not be (fully) reimbursed.

Note 2: Cooling elements must be shipped completely thawed .

Note 3 (EasyBag): EasyBag products can only be returned if the gel pack dry and unused For hygiene reasons, returns are not possible after moistening.
Send the package, sufficiently stamped, to the return address stated on the return form. The return costs are at your own expense.
Step 4 – Refund
After we have received and inspected your return:

You will receive a confirmation by email.

Is the purchase amount within 14 days refunded via the payment method you used.
Legal Cancellation Information
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt to cancel without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation you have the right to cancel again 14 days the time to return your product.
You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs (from us to you) credited. Only the costs for the return shipment Shipping from you to us is at your own expense. This cost is approximately $7,25 per package (check your carrier's website for exact rates).
To exercise this right, you can register the return via your MediCooler Account (see Step 1). We will then transfer the amount due within 14 days after registering your return refund, provided the product has been received in good order.
Damaged or Incomplete Returns
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to assess the product, a partial refund may be issued. Therefore, please pack the product carefully and return it in its original condition.
