Guarantee
We care about our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it's possible that a product doesn't function properly or is damaged during transport. In that case, you can make a warranty claim.
All our products have the legal warranty (conformity) applicable. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer expect. can reasonably expect from, given the nature of the product, the price and the information we provide about it.
If a defect occurs, we request that you report this within two months of discovery to report to us via info@medicooler.nl. If the defect is covered by the legal warranty, we will take care of it free for repair, replacement or a suitable solution.
We also offer a 12-month service warranty on manufacturing and material defects. This service guarantee covers no detriment to your legal rights as a consumer.
Damage resulting from improper use, drop or water damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow operating instructions is not covered by the warranty.
Complaint
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing to info@medicooler.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
