With the LifeinaBox Care Plan, you send your device to us free of charge once a year for a complete service, calibration, and firmware update. This ensures your LifeinaBox continues to do what you purchased it for: reliably cooling your medication, wherever you are.

Why annual maintenance?
A LifeinaBox keeps your medication cool at a constant temperature for hours at a time. The cooling system, battery, and sensors work continuously together to deliver this performance. By having your device checked annually, you ensure that the cooling performance remains within specifications, that the battery performs optimally, and that you have the latest firmware improvements.
How does it work?

- You will receive a free return label by email.
- Pack your LifeinaBox and take the package to a PostNL point/DHL point.
- We carry out the full service.
- We will return your LifeinaBox within 3 working days of receipt.
Validity
The Care Plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Within that period, you can send your LifeinaBox in once for service free of charge.

The Care Plan is intended for anyone who uses their LifeinaBox intensively or depends daily on reliable cooling of temperature-sensitive medication such as insulin, GLP-1 medication, or biologics.
