Important to know
- The cooling elements must be pre-cooled at -14°C for at least 18 hours before use
- At ambient temperatures higher than 24,2°C the cooling time may be shorter than the specified 36 hours

Instructions for use: conditioning cooling elements
Conditioning the cooling elements is the most important step for optimal cooling. Do not skip this step – otherwise, the temperature may drop too low after 3,5 hours.
- Place the 2 frozen cooling packs upright on the counter.
- A layer of frost forms on the elements
- Wait until the frost and any remaining ice have completely melted.
- The cooling elements are ready when only water droplets are visible on the surface.
- Only then place the cooling elements in the cooler bag.
- Takes approximately 30 minutes at an ambient temperature of 17-21°C
- In a warmer environment shorter, in a colder environment longer
- It is better to condition for 10 minutes longer than too short – preventing overcooling of medication is essential.
