Every MediCooler comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If the product does not function properly, we will repair or replace it free of charge. In addition, the statutory warranty always applies.

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You can find information on how to register a return and where to send the package on the returns page.

That depends on the temperature range of your medication and how long you are traveling. For 2–8°C, choose between an electric cool box and a cool bag with gel packs; for 16–25°C, the evaporative cool bag. The product guide gives you the right answer in a few steps.

Yes. All MediCooler cool bags are allowed in hand luggage and go through security. Keep a medication passport or English doctor's certificate handy for your medication, and you will get through security without any discussion.

If you order on business days before 16:00 PM, we will ship the same day. Delivery time varies by country:

• The Netherlands: delivered tomorrow
• Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
• Germany: 3 to 5 working days
• Poland: 5 to 7 working days
